Refund policy

Due to the nature of vintage tubes, and the high number of scammers buying legit tubes and then trying to return fakes, no returns are accepted.  Should you have any issues when you receive your order contact us immediately and we will make it right.

NOTE: Every effort is made to have accurate information listed about the tubes.  Information is gathered from a variety of public resources, and is only as accurate as the public information available and may at times be unintentionally incorrect.

Vintage Tube Sales & Return Policy

Bespoke Audio Shop specializes in carefully tested vintage vacuum tubes. By purchasing vintage tubes from us, you acknowledge and agree that all vintage electronic components — including vacuum tubes — are inherently fragile and subject to age-related wear, variability, and potential failure.

While we thoroughly inspect and test tubes prior to sale, vintage tubes may fail prematurely, perform inconsistently, or cease functioning at any time due to their age and prior use. In rare cases, tube failure may cause damage to associated equipment or cause injury.

By completing your purchase, you agree that you are installing and operating vintage tubes, and tube-based equipment in general, at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for proper installation, biasing, system compatibility, and safe operation. Bespoke Audio Shop shall not be held liable for any equipment damage, system malfunction, personal injury, or consequential loss arising from the use of vintage tubes purchased from us.

Due to the nature of vintage electronic components, all tube sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
