I honestly don't think this was used in the past.

The buttons, dials, and switches are are too clean - not clean as in someone cleaned them.  Clean as in "new" not used.

Along with going over and upgrading as needed on the inside, I cleaned the exterior case and waxed it as well.  I left the outside case original as it only shows a few storage scuff marks.

This is a great basic tester for those looking to tell if the tubes they are using are good, weak or no good.

Simple to use, also tests for possible shorts in a tube.

For only $189, can you afford NOT to have one that looks to be new and hardly used?
