Tung-Sol 6SL7GT

• Clear glass envelope
• Black base
• White painted “TUNG-SOL – MADE IN U.S.A.”
• Octagonal 6SL7 GT etch visible inside
• Red factory ink on the top mica (classic Tung-Sol marking)

This places it in the early–mid 1940s, same general family as your clear-glass Tung-Sol pair, and well before later 1950s production.

This is real Tung-Sol tooling, not a rebrand or second-source tube. Sonically, when healthy, these are known for:
